COVID-19: Updates and Information
In this blog we share information about how our service may be impacted

Planglow will continue to operate business as usual unless the Government and World Health Organisation advise otherwise. We will post updates in this blog as new and necessary information/ developments become available.

 1. Ordering packaging and labels

The World Health Organization advises that the likelihood of an infected person contaminating commercial goods is low. The risk of catching the virus that causes COVID-19 from a package that has been moved, travelled, and exposed to different conditions and temperature is also very low. If you have any questions or concerns on COVID-19 we recommend reading the World Health Organisation’s full FAQ available here.

 2. Maintaining our online services

We will continue to maintain our website and labelling software, even in the event of a lockdown.

 3. Requesting samples

As our team are currently working from home, we are unable to send samples out at this time. Any sample pack requests will be fulfilled once we are back in the office.

 4. Deliveries

At this moment in time, our couriers are continuing to operate as normal. Like Planglow, they will monitor the virus and impact it may have on the service that they provide. As measures are being put in place to delay the spread of COVID-19, there are unavoidable service impacts. Please allow extra time for the delivery of orders, particularly for international shipments.
