Back in the early Eighties, friends John Scott - a programmer - and salesman Phillip Saunders saw a gap in the market for labelling that any business could access. Phillip retired in 2000, meanwhile John - our much beloved MD - continued to head up the company until his retirement in 2023.
Planglow has always been a family business and this ethos remains today with John having passed the baton on to our four directors.
In 2016, our 30th year, John said:
I think much of our success can be attributed to our ability to identify and serve new markets helping the business to grow. What's more, because we value our customers they (like our staff) tend to stick with us and we've watched their businesses grow alongside ours.
