Yep, our website had a glow-up but it’s more than just a pretty interface. We’ve streamlined all our products and services and brought our formerly separate LabelLogic Live website under the Planglow.com roof. The revised site was rigorously tested by our team, based on feedback from how you - our customers - navigate the site and it now offers enhanced functionality including sign up for a one month free trial of LabelLogic Live and the ability to book an appointment with your account manager.

We want to be as transparent as we can about the products and services we provide - especially when it comes to our packaging - so we’ve tried to address every aspect of this and make it quick and easy to find the information you need with no greenwashing. Likewise, our multi-award winning food labelling software - LabelLogic Live - now lives under our main company website rather than out on its own. 

Has Everything Moved?!

No, not at all, we’re still planglow.com, your bookmarked pages - such as our shop (and all the products, collections and categories within this), your Planglow account login and LabelLogic Live login - are all still the same. It’s only our information pages that have had a zhuzh. 

OK, What’s New?

Software-wise, we’ve a comprehensive new microsite (under Food Labelling Software) that includes dedicated pages and resources regarding Natasha’s Law, calorie labelling, multi-site caterers, pricing and FAQs. You’ll also find a library of labelling how-to's (ranging from our Natasha’s Law masterclass to ‘how to calibrate your printer’) on our Tutorials page. At our Resources centre you can download our latest catalogue, Allergen labelling guides, and environmental resources. Meanwhile, if you want to know what our packaging is made of or how to dispose of it, our Compostable Food Packaging section has it all including a table of all our products and any certification they may hold. We felt this was especially important as we’ve noticed a few companies are a little vague as to which products have been certified - or not - which can be misleading. 

Have You Got a Chatbot? 

Yes, for out of hours software support. If you live chat with us during work hours, however, you’ll get one of our helpful humans who are about as helpful as they come. So if you prefer people, 8am- 5pm, live-chat puts you in touch with one of our team. Out of hours, the LabelLogic Live live chat connects you to our clever chatbot which has been programmed to answer most software related questions. While the Planglow live chat leaves us a message so we can get back to you on all other matters in person. This isn’t a new function and we are of course available via phone and email too, however, seeing as we’re talking about the website, we just wanted to highlight this feature as it’s a really fast and easy way to get any assistance you might need. (Plus our support team’s avatars are adorable so it’s worth it just to see their almost real faces). You can access live chat using the pop-up box in the bottom right of the site.

Yep pretty much. It’s been a big ol’ project for us and if we’ve done our job right, should give you back a few precious minutes in your day while inviting little more than the occasional, “Ooo new website,’’ in return.
