In order to get a LabelLogic Live account you must first have ordered at least one box of labels from Planglow Ltd. or an authorised reseller. After that, simply get in touch to request an account and within 24 working hours your login details will be emailed to you.

We've a wide range of labels for you to choose from. Currently, LabelLogic Live is only able to be used with labels supplied by Planglow Ltd. and it's authorised resellers. This forms part of the licence agreement.

We accept most credit or debit card payments via MasterCard, Visa, American Express, Monzo, JCB and Discover.

Yes, you are free to change your subscription plan at any time, any unused time remaining will be credited to your account.

Although we'll be sad to see you go, you can cancel your subscription at any time, without any cancellation fees. If you do decide to cancel, you will never be charged again and will only be responsible for charges incurred up until the end of the current billing period.
