When new food labelling legislation - Natasha’s Law - was due to come into effect, Jenkins prepared to achieve compliance with the help of our labelling software. Our clients, the Royal Lancaster Infirmary’s catering team, are part of a truly forward-thinking, innovative hospital Trust. After the tragic case of Natasha Ednan-Laperpouse, this healthcare catering team made changes before the new legislation, Natasha's Law, had even been proposed.

Natasha's Law has been introduced to better safeguard allergy sufferers. It means that food and drink businesses in England and Northern Ireland will be required to include ingredient labelling on their pre-packaged food and drink offering.
