Planglow celebrates Living Wage Employer accreditation
Our fair wage policy is now official!

Planglow is proud to have been accredited as a Real Living Wage Employer. It demonstrates how much we value our staff and our commitment to the belief that a hard day’s work deserves a fair day’s pay. 

The real Living Wage is the only UK wage rate that is voluntarily paid by businesses who believe their employees deserve a wage that meets everyday needs - the weekly shop, household bills, or surprise expenses such as dental treatment. 

Notably, the real Living Wage rates are higher than the government’s minimum wage as they are independently calculated each year based on what people need to get by. This ensures our valued staff take home a wage they can actually live on.

Being officially registered with the Real Living Wage Foundation means Planglow joins the community of over 12,000 businesses, from SMEs to large corporates, like IKEA and Barclays,  committed to always paying at least the Real Living Wage.
