Not Just a Pretty Interface
While our jazzy new website's quite the looker, it's so much more than just a pretty interface

While our jazzy new website's quite the looker, it's so much more than just a pretty interface. Yep this beauty offers all kinds of wizzy new features (that's the technical term obvs.) to make your life that little bit easier. Our Q& A below takes a little look at just what it can do...

Am I missing anything if I look at the website on my phone?

Nope not at all because the new responsive design makes viewing the full website, accessing product information and ordering online  just as effective on a mobile phone or tablet as it is on your desktop computer.

Do I have to log in to see product prices?

Those days are long gone my friend, our prices are now always visible regardless of whether you've logged in or not. Because, unlike some of our competitors, we believe in being transparent about our pricing.

Er...I don't have a Planglow account...

No problem - the new site allows you to place an order and set up an account at the same time. Plus, as mentioned above, you can view our products prices without logging in if you just wanted to have a little browse.

What happens if I'm a Planglow customer but I haven't set up a web account?

Easy peasy: Just e-mail info@planglow.com and we'll set up a web account for you, alternatively you can check out as a guest customer.

I'm a multi-site operator and I only want my sites to see the products I've approved or had designed especially for us - how does that work?

Worry not, we've got this one covered! We can create a bespoke shopping experience especially for your sites so they only ever see the products you want them to. We can even create a bespoke homepage allowing us to tailor messaging and branding to your exact requirements.

Has the 'My Account' section changed?

Yes a little bit but only in a good way. In addition to updating your details, speedy reorder and changing your password (all of which you could do on the old website too) you can now pay off a credit balance as well. Simply go to the Credit tab under My Account, enter the payment details (amount, reference and payment details) and click the Pay Now button.

You mentioned 'speedy reorder' - talk to me...

It's a handy little feature for sure. If you go to the Order History tab under My Account a list comes up of all your old orders including order number, date and total. If you click on the 'View Order' text on the right this takes you through to a list of the products within that specific order. Clicking the Add to Basket button next to the product does just that saving you from searching through the site trying to remember what you've previously used. You can also view any previous custom design orders in here too.

Any other changes I should know about?

Well you can now pin and share your favourite Planglow products on social media so whether you're promoting your offering or putting together a mood board for your next concept or look, our website makes it all the easier.

One last question - why does the blog look different?

As you may have noticed we've moved the blog so it's now part of our website and while it looks different - much better - you can still find all of our old posts in here too. We'll continue to publish new posts every month covering trends, events and other industry news so we hope you'll stop by soon for another read. The old blog will stay up for a little while too pointing visitors towards our jazzy new site.

We hope you like the new website - let us know what you think. E-mail your feedback to: marketing@planglow.com
